Office Manager / Lab Technician
I am responsible for overseeing all aspects and operations of the office, and ensuring each day runs smoothly and according to the schedule. I began working here in 1997, and it’s been my pleasure to help keep so many smiles straight! I appreciate having the opportunity to improve people’s smiles and boost their confidence. Not only is Dr. D’Ascoli awesome at what he does, but there is never a limit on what we can learn!
I am married with two teenage boys who keep me on my toes! We love camping, dirt biking, racing BMX bikes, and just hanging out together as a family.

Records Tech / Treatment Coordinator
I get all the records ready for our patients’ initial consultation with Dr. D’Ascoli. As the treatment coordinator, I work closely with Dr. D’Ascoli to present the recommended treatment plans and help each patient understand what is being recommended and what payment options are available. I enjoy meeting the new patients and making them feel comfortable in the office. We have a lot of fun joking around with all the patients and getting them to laugh and enjoy their time with us. I have been here for 18 years and I still enjoy arriving at work every day!
I’m happily married and have four dogs. I enjoy hiking the hills behind my house with my mutts, boating with my husband in our pontoon, planting flowers, and taking care of my large yard.

Orthodontic Assistant
I assist Dr. D’Ascoli with patient care. More importantly, I make sure each patient feels comfortable, safe, and confident in the care they receive. My favorite part of my job is to work around people and see the magic of orthodontics. I learn new things every day and grow as an orthodontic assistant. I always wanted to be an orthodontic assistant, and Dr. D’Ascoli has given me the best opportunity to follow my dream!
I grew up in Genoa, NV. I married the love of my life in 2012, and am so happy in our first years as husband and wife. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy crafting and spending time with friends and family.

Orthodontic Assistant
I assist Dr. D’Ascoli with a wide range of orthodontic procedures. As I work one-on-one with patients, I really get to know each one on an individual basis. I love seeing the process each patient goes through and the final result after getting the braces come off: a wonderful smile! Dr. D’Ascoli always likes doing things right the first time, and looks to achieve the best results for his patients. He will always find a way to help you if needed.
I was born and raised in South Lake Tahoe and hope to live here the rest of my life. I have a nine-year-old Dachshund that has been with me since she was a puppy. My free time is spent outdoors — hiking, biking, and going to the beach in the summer.

Sterilization Tech
It is my job to maintain the cleanliness of the units in which patients are seen, and all the instruments that are used. I enjoy knowing that I have a direct influence on the health and safety of all our patients when they’re in our office. The people that I work with are so wonderful, and I love having the ability to interact with the patients and meet new people every day. Also, it’s a lot of fun getting to see the progress and outcome, and how happy the patients are with their results!
I grew up in Chowchilla, CA and moved to Nevada when I was nineteen. I absolutely enjoy spending time with my friends, family, and my dog Char. I love all sports, but I’m an avid San Francisco Giants fan!
